This program allows you to create and edit date/time stamped note GIF 240x268 pixel 'sheets'. Select 'New Note' from the toolbar and use the stylus and drawing tools to create your note. You can view and edit the notes in the explorer interface. The GIF compression/decompression libraries are GIF2BMP/BMP2GIF (C)1996 Ephraim Cohen
