This program compiles ALL of the image files (BMP, GIF, PNG, TIF or JPG) in the current folder to an animated GIF file with frame rate that you select or enter. Simply use the file explorer to locate a folder with image files and select 'Create Animation' from the toolbar. The program then creates an animted GIF file. The GIF Animation libaries are from WhirlGIF by Mark Podlipec
