This program compiles ALL of the GIF images in the current folder to an animated GIF file with frame rate that you select. Simply use the file explorer to locate a folder with GIF image files and select 'Create Animation' from the toolbar. The program then creates an animted GIF file. The GIF Animation libaries are from 'WhirlGIF.c' by Mark Podlipec
