This program decompiles an animated GIF file into GIF frames and allows you to recompile the frames into an animated GIF file with the frame rate you select. Use the built in file explorer to locate a GIF animation file and when you tap on it the program will decompile it into GIF frames and allows you to recompile it back into an animated GIF with the frame rate you select. The GIF Animation librariess are from 'WhirlGIF.c' by Mark Podlipec
