This program is high quality date/time stamp folder based voice recorder that records in 8Khz (16K/Sec) and allows you to convert the wave to GSM 6.10 WAV 8Kbs (1K/Sec) format. You can play these ultra-compact GSM encoded WAV files on your PocketPC or desktop PC. Select a folder and 'New' from the toolbar to start the recorder. The GSM audio compression codec is from (c)1992 by Jutta Degener and Carsten Bormann, Technische Universitaet Berlin.
