This program is a voice actuated GSM WAV audio voice recorder that does real time compression to GSM 6.10 format. Select 'Start/Stop' from the toolbar and use the slider to adjust the sound trigger level to your current room settings. When the sound in the room is above the slider level then the program will start the recorder. The recorder stops once the sound level is back to pre-trigger levels. You can also customize the actuation settings. The GSM compression codecs are from (c)1992 by Jutta Degener and Carsten Bormann, Technische Universitaet Berlin.
