This program allows you to compose a compressed 8KHZ/1.2Kbs GSM wave voice recording and send it quickly via Bluetooth to another PocketPC. The program records at a compressed GSM 6.10 1K bitrate for faster transfers. The GSM compression codecs are from (c)1992 by Jutta Degener and Carsten Bormann, Technische Universitaet Berlin.
