This program is a thumbnail based JPEG/PNG/GIF/BMP or TIFF image file into a HTML image file converter that allows you to share the image via your ISPs SMTP email servers. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and tap on the file to convert to a HTML file. The program uses a special algorithm to create a HTML file of the same height/width of the original image.
