This program converts a 24 bit bitmap image file into a HTML image file. Use the built in file explorer to locate the bitmap file and tap on the file to convert to a HTML file. The program uses a special algorithm to create a HTML image file. You can also preview the created HTML image in Pocket Internet Explorer.
