This program is a file explorer based source code (CPP/C) to HTML converter that displays the HTML in a HTML in Pocket Internet Explorer. Use the built in file explorer to locate a folder of CPP files. When you tap on the CPP source code file the program converts the source code to HTML and displays it in Pocket Internet Explorer.
