This program is a compact ILBC (Internet Low Bitrate Codec) voice recorder that sends the voice message via the Google.com Gmail.com SMTP servers. Tap the 'Start Record' button to start the recorder and tap the button to stop the recorder. When you stop the recording the program instantly converts the audio to the heavily compressed ILBC audio file format and creates an email with the file attached. Use the PocketPC ILBCPlayer(c) to play the audio files. The audio codec is from 'iLBC Speech Coder (C) The Internet Society (2004)'. The gmail service is provided by www.Google.com
