This program converts and rescales a 24 bit ICO icon image file to a JPEG, BMP, GIF, TIFF or PNG image file. You can use the built in file explorer to locate the ICO file and when you tap on it you can view it in the built in viewer and select the format to convert it to and the rescaling percentage. NOTE: The new image file will have the file extension of the new format.
