This program converts a JPEG, BMP, GIF, TIFF or PNG image into a 32x32 ICO (Icon file image) and displays it in an enlarged preview window. Use the built in file explorer or thumbnail viewer to locate the image files. When you tap on the image file you can preview it in the viewer and convert it to a ICO file.
