This program is a folder based full-featured drawing tool creator/editor that allows you to compose and edit 240x268 pixel BMP, JPG, TIFF, PNG and GIF images. You can draw and also insert text into the images as well as use the drawing tools. The 24-Bit -> 8-Bit bitmap conversion from the libraries originally created by Ephraim Cohen (c)1996.
