This program allows you to convert a JPEG, BMP, GIF, TIFF or PNG image file to a set re-sized image file with 'percentage' of the original image or a custom pixel dimension you specify. You can use the built in file explorer to locate the image files and when you tap on it you can preview it and use the re-size editor. NOTE: The new image file has a name that reflects the changes.
