This program allows you to 'draw' a watermark image file and merge stamps it on any JPEG, BMP, GIF, TIFF or PNG image file that you select. You can use the built in file explorer to locate the main image file and water mark it with your custom image. The resultant image can be saved in JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNF or TIFF file format.
