This program is a full featured MJPEG video comic composer. When you create a new comic you can save 'frames' in the current folder. The frames are 240x268 jpeg images. When you select 'Compile MJPEG' the program gets all of the frames for the current drawing and compiles them into a single MJPEG video file. You can also set the number of seconds for each frame. The MJPEG encoder is from 'jpeg2avi' (c) Zhang Jiangshan 2004.
