This program converts a JPEG image into a single frame MJPEG video file. Select the folder where the JPEG image is located and tap on it to create an MJPEG video with the picture as a single frame video. You can also set the number of seconds for the video. The MJPEG encoder is from 'jpeg2avi' (c) Zhang Jiangshan 2004.
