This is a high definition 44Khz mono voice recorder that allows you to export the recordings into a MJPEG video with the wav file as the informaton. Select 'Record' from the toolbar to start the recorder and tap the 'Stop Record' button to stop the voice recorder. NOTE: The program overrides the default WindowsCE wave settings. The MJPEG audio libs are from 'Jpeg2Avi.c' Copyright 2008-2011 by Michael Kohn.
