This program converts a single JPEG, PNG, TIFF, GIF or BMP image into a MJPEG Video with a custom voice recording embedded into it. The video length is the length of the voice recording. Use the file explorer interface to select the JPEG file and when you tap on it you can preview it and compose the voice recording. Select 'Compile MJPEG' from the toolbar to convert the picture to a video with audio. The MJPEG audio libs are from 'Jpeg2Avi.c' Copyright 2008-2011 by Michael Kohn.
