This is a high definition (44Khz) mono MP3 voice recorder that allows you to name the recorded wave file. The recorder converts the final WAV file to Mp3 file format and allows you to convert a Mp3 back to wav. The MP3 encoder is from 'BladeEnc MP3 Encoder' (c)1998, 1999 - Tord Jansson.
