This is a high definition (44Khz) mono MP3 voice recorder that names the recorded wave file with a counter. The recorder converts the final WAV file to Mp3 file format and allows you to convert a Mp3 back to wav. The MP3 encoder is from 'BladeEnc MP3 Encoder' (c)1998, 1999 - Tord Jansson. The Mp3->Wav Conversion is from 'MPEG/audio coding/decoding software' (c)Juergen Koller
