This program is a MP3 voice recorder that compresses the final 32kbs Mp3 file into a GZIP file. Select 'Start Record' from the toolbar to start the voice recording. The program makes 44Khz wave file. Tap on the WAV file to a convert to a GZIPed 32Kbs MP3 file. The GZIP compression is from www.Gzip.org. The MP3 encoder is from 'BladeEnc MP3 Encoder' (c)1998, 1999 - Tord Jansson
