This program is a custom bit-rate MP3 voice recorder that allows you to place picture tags the MP3 files. Select 'Start Recorder' on the toolbar to start the voice recorder. Once you stop the recorder the program will convert the recording into a MP3 file with the selected bit-rate. You can tap on the MP3 file to tag it with a picture. The Mp3ID3 Libraries are from the UNIX CID3v2 by Marcos Paulo Ferreira. The MP3 encoder is from 'BladeEnc MP3 Encoder' (c)1998, 1999 - Tord Jansson
