This program is a voice activated WAV voice recorder that has a built into converter for MP3 audio file format. Select 'Start/Stop' from the toolbar and use the slider to adjust the sound trigger level to your current room settings. When the sound in the room is above the slider level then the program will start the recorder. The recorder stops once the sound level is back to pre-trigger levels. You can also customize the actuation settings. Tap on a WAV file to convert to MP3 file format. The MP3 encoder is from 'BladeEnc MP3 Encoder' (c)1998, 1999 - Tord Jansson
