This program is an MP3 voice recorder (with custom bit-rate) that ZIPs the final MP3 file. Select 'Start Record' from the toolbar to start the voice recording. The program makes 44Khz wave file. When you tap on the WAV file you can play it or convert to MP3 ZIP format. Tap on a ZIPed MP3 to play it in the built in player.
