This program allows you to compose a voice recording and when done instantly converts the WAV audio file into an MP3 audio file and sends it to another PPC with Bluetooth. Simply tap the button to start the voice recorder and tap again to stop the recoding and convert to Mp3 file and send via bluetooth. The WAV->MP3 is from Gabriel Bouvigne's Shine
