This utility converts an MP3 file into a compact GSM Encoded WAV audio file and sends it via Email. Simply use the built in file explorer to locate the MP3 file. When you tap on the MP3 file the program will convert it to a compressed GSM encoded WAV audio file. The wave resampler is from 'ResampleWav' (c)2005 Xiao Wu. The GSM audio compression codec is from (c)1992 by Jutta Degener and Carsten Bormann, Technische Universitaet Berlin. The MP3->Wav Conversion is from https://github.com/lieff/minimp3
