This utility converts an MP3 file into a GSM Encoded WAV audio file. Simply use the built in file explorer to locate the MP3 file. When you tap on the MP3 file the program will convert it to a compressed GSM encoded WAV audio file. The MP3->Wav Conversion is from https://github.com/lieff/minimp3 WARNING: Uncompressed MP3s take 10x storage space. The GSM audio compression codec is from (c)1992 by Jutta Degener and Carsten Bormann, Technische Universitaet Berlin.
