This utility converts an MP3 audio file into a WAV audio file and allows you to set the resample rate. Simply use the built in file explorer to locate the Mp3 file. When you tap on the MP3 file the program will convert it to a WAV audio file and allow you to resample it. The wave resampler is from 'ResampleWav' (c)2005 Xiao Wu.
