This utility decompresses an MP3 file into a WAV audio file. Simply use the built in file explorer to locate the MP3 file. When you tap on the Mp3 file the program will convert it to a WAV audio file and place the wave file in the current folder. The MP3->Wav Conversion is from https://github.com/lieff/minimp3 WARNING: Uncompressed MP3s take 10x storage space.
