This program allows you to enter a number and select the input base and output base and converts it to the new base and allows you to share the XML report via PDF file. Simply enter the number and bases and tap the button while connected to the internet to find the new number. The number base service is from math.tools. The PDF Libraries are from the DOS TXT2PDF Phil Smith (c)1996.
