This program allows you to enter a number and select to and from base and converts it to the new base and allows you to hear it in voice. Simply enter the number and selct the base number and the base you want to convert to and tap the button. The number base conversion is from 'base converter' Freezing 18/01/2020. The TTS engine is from 'SAM - Software Automatic Mouth - Tiny Speech Synthesizer'.
