This program allows you to create and edit 256 colour 8 bit PCX compact/loss-less image drawings. The program works in a folder based interface. To edit a PCX file simply tap on it. You can also create a new PCX image file. The PCX C++ class is from 'Windows Bitmap/PCX File Class (c) Wesley Hopper (HopperW2000@Yahoo.com)'. The 24-Bit -> 8-Bit bitmap conversion from the libraries originally created by Ephraim Cohen (c)1996.
