This program allows you to create and edit 'numbered' compact loss-less 4 bit (16 colour) PCX image handwritten notes with the stylus. Select a folder to store the PCX files and select 'New' from the toolbar to create a new PCX note. You can also view and edit the notes. The 24-Bit -> 4-Bit bitmap conversion from the libraries originally created by Ephraim Cohen (c)1996. The PCX C++ class is from 'Windows Bitmap/PCX File Class (c) Wesley Hopper (HopperW2000@Yahoo.com)'.
