This program converts an older PocketPC with TV out into a cellular DTMF sign. When you want to set the sign text use the PocketPC PHONEDTMFSignTexter(c) to dial the number and send the text codes. The program decodes the cellular DTMF tones and then when done displays the sign. The DTMF audio decoder is based on the 'Goertzel Algorithm'.
