This is a GSM Compressed WAV mono voice phone tap recorder that powers on the speakerphone when in a conversation for legal reasons. This makes the tap legal since the phone is in speakerphone mode. Select 'Record' from the toolbar when in a phone conversataion to start the recorder and tap the 'Stop Record' button to stop the voice recorder. The GSM audio compression codec is from (c)1992 by Jutta Degener and Carsten Bormann, Technische Universitaet Berlin.
