This is a high definition 44Khz mono voice phone tap recorder that places the phone into speakerphone mode for legal reasons. This makes the tap 'legal' since law requires that to place a tap on a phone call you must use speakerphone. When in a phone conversation simply tap 'Start tap' and the program will place the PocketPC into speaker phone mode and start the tap.
