This program is phone tap recorder that works in date/time stamp folder based interface. The proram records WAV 44Kbs and allows you to convert the final wave file to the compressed AMR 8Kbs (1.4K/Sec.) format. You can play these ultra-compact AMR encoded files on your PocketPC or desktop PC. Select a folder and 'New' from the toolbar to start the recorder. The AMR encoder is from '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
