This is a GSM Compressed WAV mono voice phone tap recorder that numbers the recordings in the selected folder. Select 'Record' from the toolbar when in a phone conversataion to start the recorder and tap the 'Stop Record' button to stop the voice recorder. NOTE: It is illegal to use this program without another persons permission. The GSM audio compression codec is from (c)1992 by Jutta Degener and Carsten Bormann, Technische Universitaet Berlin.
