This program is a phone tap recorder that 'numbers' the recordings and compresses the audio in real time to GSM WAV 6.1 file format. You can play these ultra compact WAV files on your PocketPC or desktop PC. Select the storage folder to store the taps and select 'Start Record' from the toolbar to tap the phone conversation. The GSM audio compression codec is from (c)1992 by Jutta Degener and Carsten Bormann, Technische Universitaet Berlin.
