This program allows you to create and edit 'named' 256 colour notes and stores them in the ultra compact/loss-less PNG image file format. Use the built in file explorer to locate the folder to store the PNG images and select 'New' from the toolbar. The 24-Bit -> 4-Bit bitmap conversion from the libraries originally created by Ephraim Cohen (c)1996. The PNG libs are from 'LodePNG - Copyright (c) 2005-2013 Lode Vandevenne'
