This program allows you to create and edit 'numbered' ultra compact/loss-less 256 colour PNG image handwritten notes with the stylus. Select a folder to store the PNG files and select 'New' from the toolbar to create a new PNG note. You can also view and edit the notes. The 24-Bit -> 4-Bit bitmap conversion from the libraries originally created by Ephraim Cohen (c)1996. The PNG libs are from 'LodePNG - Copyright (c) 2005-2013 Lode Vandevenne'
