This utility allows you to select a program (EXE File) from the Windows folder that starts each time you pickup an incoming phone call. Use the built in Windows EXE viewer to select the program to run and when your phone rings and you answer the call the WindowsCE OS will start a program. You can also remove the start-up program from the registry via the 'Options' on the toolbar.
