This program is a full-featured drawing tool that allows you to compose 240x268 pixel JPEG images and upload to your Google Picasa account with a single tap. You can use the drawing tools to create a JPEG image and set the image compression level (lower to save data charges). Select 'Upload Picasa' from the toolbar and enter the text for the picture to upload and the program will upload it to your Picasa Dropbox.. The JPEG libraries are from Independent JPEG Group. The picture upload service is provided by www.Google.com
