This program compresses a file with the QLZ compression codec and creates a blank email with the file attached (to save on data charges). Use the built in file explorer to locate a file and when you tap on the file the program compresses the file with QLZ compression and creates an email template with the file attached. The other user can use the PocketPC QLZFiler(c) app to decompress the file.
