This program allows you to view RLE compressed 1 bit bitmap drawings. The program works in a file explorer interface. Use the file explorer interface to find a BMP file and tap on it to view in the built in viewer. The bitmap bit conversion C++ source is from 'EasyBMP Cross-Platform Windows Bitmap Library' (c) Paul Macklin
