This program allows you to create, view and edit 'numbered' 1 bit bitmap drawings compressed with the RLE (Run Length Encoding) format. The program works in a file explorer interface. Select 'New Drawing' from the toolbar to compose the drawing and it will be saved in the current folder. Tap on a drawing to edit it. The bitmap bits conversion C++ class is from 'EasyBMP Cross-Platform Windows Bitmap Library' ©2006 Paul Macklin.
