This program is a JPEG drawing tool that allows you import a RTF file and composes 240x268 pixel JPEG images with custom compression. Select 'Trace' from the file menu to load an RTF file and program will display it on the canvass. You can 'trace' on the drawing. Select the trace clear option to view your created image. The JPEG libraries are from Independent JPEG Group.
