This program converts and older PocketPC with TV out (NTSC/PAL) into a RTF (Rich Text File) file based sign for a shop window. Place the RTF encoded files on the storage card and name them in the order that you want to appear on the sign (Alphabetical). Select 'Start Sign' on the toolbar and the program will cycle each RTF file in the folder on the sign form.
